While We're Young

Saw Noah Baumbach's While We're Young at the Bourse today. I forget how enjoyable it is to watch a movie by yourself. Great film. Great subject matter. However, a bit of a tragic comedy. Is that really the way to success? You can't stay within idealistic roles. If so, that bodes poorly for my INFJ self. Although, I love how Baumbach touched on our generation's imitation and "stealing" of ideas, because we're in an environment loaded with information with not enough time to process it. Ha, the whole appreciation of process without actually going through the process. It was ingenious!

It was real sweet after the movie. I walked out and two middle-aged men stopped to chat with me to get a young person's perspective. I'm glad I didn't go to that art museum scavenger hunt and went for the laidback plan. Walked to grab a burger at Shake Shack and came home to watch Reality Bites and unwind, hearing from Son and Alya.
